Car Alarms: replace keychain clicker, programming issues, auto responder

Question
I have a keychain clicker to inactivate my car alarm (it is labelled Premier) and
it is wearing out.  The battery is OK (I just changed it), but it is getting hard to
get the clicker to work.  The company that installed the alarm was called
Apex Alarm and it appears to be out of business.

What so you usggest?
