Car Alarms: Python Auto Start, support inquiry, dead battery

Hi  My car wouldn't start today,  dead battery (5 years old) I thought,  I changed the battery, now the car will only start using my Python auto start,  but will not start when I turn the key,  also my clock blinks until I hit the lock button on my remote contorl
