Car Alarms: Stargard, resident technicians, economic challenge

Question
I am having trouble with my Stargard. Sometime my car turns on ok, other times the connection is not happening, and I can not turn on my car.  I just had the map sensory changed,  where that is what I was told I had to change. Now, it seems to  me that the Stargard was the problem  all along.  I am at a point to remove it completely.  I just bought the car, it is a Honda civic 98.  Can I disengage it myself or do I have to go to a mechanic?  Or is there a way that I can repair it without going to a mechanic? I am mechanically incline. I am temporary having an economic challenge right now. Please help!!

Answer
On this one, the best thing here is
to go to my installers forum at
www.installsupport.com and see if
my resident technicians there can assist
with this project.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.

Good luck there.
