Car Alarms: Lost remote to alarm, resident technicians, delema

I have a 1997 Acura 2.5 TL recently I had to unhook the battery and when we put the battery back on the alarm went off and the stereo now needs a code to work. I have got the code for the stereo but the problem is when we unhook the battery again cause I have to reset it again to put the code in the get the stereo flashing to put in the code. I have lost the remote and the alarm is going to go off and I am not going to be able to turn the alarm off. Please help. Is thier anyway to disable the alrm for now so I can get the radio working. Or is thre a way to reset the radio and put the code in without having to unhook the battery again and hook back up to get the radio to flash to put in the code?
