Car Alarms: alarm system anti theft problem, purple wire, viper alarm

the car has aftermarket alarm system iti is a viper alarm. the problem that I'm having with is that the anti theft system some times stay on, and does not let the car turn. the light stays flashing until that light stop flashin the car will not start. I checked all the fuses and what going on is that it cut off the power to the fuel injection circut. I would like to know is there anything that I can do to stop that problem. I have read a similar problem  should i do the same cut green and purple wire and ground it too or is there something else i can do.
