Car Alarms: Theft Deterent System, resident technicians, solar cells

I have a vehicle that has the windows blocked off when parked but still obviously has things inside worth stealing due to the solar cells and satellite dish on the roof. I would like a system that would play about one minute of a recording of a vicious dog inside the vehicle any time there is any movement near the vehicle. Do you know of such a system or combination of components I could use to put together such a system - maybe a motion sensor, PA system and i-pod combination?
