Car Alarms: Viper alarm reprogram, fcc id, support inquiry

Hi,
I purchased a replacement remote (FCC ID: eszdei471) for our car and don't know how to reprogram the new remote. I've downloaded the manual from DEI, but it has zero info on reprogramming.
