Car Alarms: car not starting stargard alarm, resident technicians, toyota camry

I have a 97 toyota camry, and i was driving it and all of a sudden, all the lights came on the dashboard: battery, oil, etc.  the steering wheel got hard and it died.  I have a stargard kill switch, it seems like when i try to turn the key, it tries to start, and its sttempting to turn over but it wont start.  it kind of sounds like it does when the kill switch fob is out of the car.  How do I disconnect it, or should i even attempt to try and figure out where it is...could it be the starter?  but its trying to turn over so i doubt its that.  Please help!!! thanks
