Car Alarms: Viper alarm... set it, 45 minutes later it goes off, clock work, door locks

Question
I got a viper alarm installed at a Best Buy in my area. This was about 2 years ago now. Ever since the guy put it in my 2000F-150, the remote door locks dont seem to have enough juice to actually lock and unlock the door and even more annoying... I set it, and 45 minutes later like clock-work.... it goes off.

I have tried everything. I have no idea if it is just a bad command module or what. I would think it is probably 2 different problems, then again it could be a capacitor discharging (like one used for the auto door locks?)
