Car Alarms: Toyota Matrix XR 2005 alarm problem, valet mode, override switch

Yesterday my wife turn of the car and then when tried to turn on the car alarm auto active and the car did not turn on after some tries the alarm stop, but the Red LED blink and a sound like a relay turning on and off cames from the underhood, when I verified the RED LED button was been pushed so I press it to go back to OFF position used the Jump Starter and turned on the car, and like 2hrs ago the car did not turn on and my wife had to do the same. The thing is that yesterday I went to Advance Auto Parts and the Battery Technitian indicated that the battery has an optimum charge and also the alternator was ok. So I thougth the the problem is the alarm and is not the first time that make my crazy. How I can desactivate/Reset/Disable the alarm or is it some factory issue that Toyota know with this alarm.

It's an after market system so you
can disable it using the override switch

To try to disarm it,
look under the dash area for a button or,
a toggle switch. When you locate it, turn on the
ignition key, press and hold in the button (little
spring loaded micro button, red or black possibly)
until the alarm chirps 1 time. This should over ride
the system, and only the keyless entry part,
if installed, would still be operating.
The LED (light emiting diode) light in the dash
should also go on solid.=VALET/OVERIDE

This stops the alarm except for the keyless
entry if installed. The next step is to
either remove the alarm or, try to identify,
and get new remotes for it.

But once in Valet mode, it will allow the car
to start and operate like there was no
alarm at all. Repeat steps to put into user
mode.
