Car Alarms: Disabling the chip on a Karr alarm system, karr alarm system, representitive

Hello. I just purchased a 2004 tacoma which has a Karr alarm. When you use the remote, it chirps and the horn honks when locking and twice chirps and horn honks when unlocking. Neighbors love it (kidding). I did the key on and off and pressed the button three times but is still chirps. Is their a way to make it just lock and unlock without noise? And would like to have the option to use the key if needed without the remote. I thank you:
