Car Alarms: RSS-5224 AstroStart, astrostart car starter, 2007 nissan maxima

I have a 2007 Nissan Maxima with immobilize. i recently bought a AstroStart car starter. i had it installed by an shop that specializes in AstroStart installations and that works on Nissan Cars. My car starter starts the car fine but when I get in the car I have to stop the car as I can not turn the key even with the FOB with me. The installer said this is because there is an immobilize on the car and there is nothing that can be done to correct this problem. The other problem I have is the car starts and then shuts down right away and does this about 3 times and then just quits. the installer said that the car must be over reving to do this but the car on fast idle never goes over 1100 RPM.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
