Car Alarms: Compustar CM3000 Remote 2wssr, valet mode, resident technicians

My Transmitter is stuck in valet mode. When i press 1&3 it shuts valet mode off but as soon as i hit keyless, alarm, or remote start it jumps automaticly back in to valet mode. What wrong? brain? or Transmitter?
