Car Alarms: 2004 Ford F150 remote starter problem, starter problem, ford f150

I am having a problem with my remote starter (factory issue)
I can not get it to work.  It just died.  I tried replacing the battery in the remote but it did not help.  I am sure the battery was good.  Can anyone help me with this???  The remote start won't work either.

Ma'am, to my knowledge, Ford does not offer
a "factory installed" remote starter on trucks.

Please identify the system you're using your remotes
at www.remotesunlimited.com to determine
what system you have.

Then I suggest going to the manufacturer's site
if available, and get the info on the system direct
from the people who made it.

Once you have the users manual, you can trouble shoot
the system's problem.
