Car Alarms: factory alarm 97 grand am gt, richard c moore, priority mail

can you tell me were the factory alarm is so i can wire around it and get my remote start working i have it all hooked up and it runs about 10 seconds then the factory theft light flashes and shuts it down and what do i need to wire around  and what wires do what cause my alarm says it has a way to deal with the factory arm and disarm any help you have would be great maybe a wiring diagram but thank you so much for any info
