Car Alarms: viper starter stopped working., grey buttons, optonline net

Question
A viper sidewinder remote starter was installed on my 98 Civic shortly after the car was purchased. The fob has 2 grey buttons with 1 red LED. 1 fob stopped triggering the starter about 2 months ago, now the 2nd fob stopped working as well.

Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix it or should I just take it into a shop?

Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing,
and that they paid for when spending
the extra money because they wanted "Viper".

It just became too much for me here.
So, I won't do they're job any longer.

But I do understand, and

ctursi@optonline.net , who might be able
to offer some insight. Good guys and they will treat
you right..
