Car Alarms: comparing automatic starters, viper 791xv, scytek

I recently purchased the viper 791xv for $300 however I was told the Scytek astra 4000 is practically the same system and much cheaper (I found it online discounted to $100).  What do you think?  Am I only paying for a name?  What do you find to be the major differences and is it worth spending the extra $200?

The Viper is mostly Hype compared to the 4000 or
Galaxy 5000. Much more installation friendly, and
good value for the buck.

Just be sure the "discounted" system's seller
provides the after sale installation support.
That's 50% of this whole thing. I do that for my
own customers here personally, Make sure you
get the level you will require as well.
