Car Alarms: Car alarm, toyota rav 4, auto car starter

Question
I have a new 2008 Toyota rav 4 that has an auto car starter & car alarm. I can start the car with the remote but the doors will not open with the handheld door opener or with the actual KEY. HELP!

You would need to have the installer check
the manual for double pulse operation on
the remote starter allowing for the factory alarm to be
disabled/unlocked.

All systems are different, so you will need to have the
installer inspect and change the way it works.
