Car Alarms: Code Alarm Too many beeps!, code alarm, remote start

Question
I have a alarm/remote start and almost every time go to dis arm it it beeps multipul times.  Even if it has not been tripped or set off.  And I can not dissarm it on the first, second, or even the third time.  I'm very frustraited with it is there any suggestions you might have.
