Car Alarms: hard to start, Prestige APS - 255, prestige alarm, resident technicians

Hello, I need some help please.  I have a 95 toyota supra, with a factory and aftermarket Prestige alarm system.  I am having the following problem:  When I try to start the car it will only click, then i work the clutch pedal for a while and then if fires right up.  I'm getting 12.3 volts on the battery so I don't think thats the problem.  Can this be attributed at all to the alarm?  One other thing its doing now is that the parking lights one flash when i arm the alarm, it will only do the normally chripping.  Any ideas on this?  thank you

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
