Car Alarms: PRO OE2B, remote transmitters, transmitter programming

Just bought a used car with this remote. Any idea on who makes it and how to get a manual? Is it only a remote opener or is it able to do more?

as providing replacement remote transmitters
and programming them, is what they
specialize in. Give them a shot at it.
