QuestionEverything was working fine for a year then all of a sudden my remote only works in short range. I tried new batteries in the remotes. I assume the antenna may have gone bad? I had two remotes and both do the same, so I'm assuming the antenna is bad i looked to make sure it was connected on both ends. I have been reading multiple posts, its seems its a common issue on this model.
Any guidance would be great!

know I don't supply that
service for DEI customers here.
Too many people have been asking
for the service they should be providing,
and that they paid for when spending
the extra money because they wanted "Viper".
It just became too much for me here.
So, I won't do they're job here any longer.
