Car Alarms: Cant enter car, resident technicians, fcc id

Question
I have a 1999 Honda Civic with a Checkmate, after market, alarm system. Neither of my 'Checkmate' alarm entry keys will open the doors or trunk. The alarm entry keys
(FCC ID: JT3KT6B)have a signal light that blinks when the key is pressed but there is no resulting 'chirp', interior lights. No response at all from the car. There are 3 buttons on the entry keys: The main one has one slash mark, the 2nd has 2 and the 3rd has 3 slash marks. What the 2nd and 3rd are supposed to do I don't know.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
