Car Alarms: 1999 ford expedition, keyless entry system, resident technicians

Hi I have  teh keys and codes for keyless entry system. Everything seems to work fine locking doors unlocking doors horn  chirps when locking lights flash. I did something  that is causing the auto start feature to not work do you know what valet model I am using|? Any thoughts on resetting  to factory settings|?
