Car Alarms: help plz, transponder immobilizer, micro alarm

QUESTION: hi, i already installed a micro start2003 alarm 4 button keyless system to my toyota ra4 2003, but a problem appears sometime i could not trun my car on with my own key the security code system cannot read my key code and it wont start, but it start always with the remote button. hope you understand me. what should i do so i can use my key and the remote alarm without having a problem. is it installed wrong??? plz send me an email, thank you alot.

ANSWER: It appears the bypass module you installed
is not working correctly, or you simply did not
install one.

This car has a transponder immobilizer you need to bypass.
If done without or, incorrectly, the problem you
are currently having will arrise.
Needs to be added or re done.

QUESTION: thank you for your help, i need to ask u one more question what the bypass module look like, and should it come with the alarm package. should i buy it? do u have any site link to see the pic of the bypass module

There are 2 types available.
The 25.00 module that requires your spare ignition
key for 25.00. And the other which does not require
a key, and is smaller, but more money (69.95)
The KXO5 PKT2 is the name, and looks exactly
like the KXOR pkford module seen at my bypass site:
www.PASSLOCK2.com .

An no, it does not "come with" the alarm remote starter.
You should have ordered it specifically
for the make, model & year of the car when
you bout the Micro alarm. But either
way, you will require one or the other to perform
remote start in the 04 Rav.
