QuestionI have a 2002 Explorer XLT with keyless entry (4 button fob)and a Karr 4040 without any documentation. On the dash is the red security light that I assume is the factory unit. Under the wheel is small box with an led on one side and push-button on the back. This unit is connected to the Karr 4040 unit. When the car is locked the blue Karr led flashes for a time then stops. (the red led on the dash continues to flash at about 1 second rate).
Questions are: 1-What is the significance of the blue Karr led, and the button on the back of it. 2-How does the Karr system interact with the factory unit?
searching the Karr security site was not very helpful. Thank you for your assistance.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
