Car Alarms: bypass module, nissan pathfinder, sec intervals

i had a aftermarket generation(AG) remote/security installed in my nissan pathfinder 2002 last year--it worked fine for awhile--now it starts the vehicle or i should say-tries to start but after 3 times unsuccessfully (10 sec. intervals) shuts down completely--someone told me i have a bad bypass security module--please help--i need it fixed before the cold weather.

Yes this vehicle require the TBKIII universal
bypass (32.95 from my shop.)

This, with your spare ignition key, would
be installed in the under dash so you can
seemlessly remote start it.
