Car Alarms: viper 130vx or 130xv remote starter programming info, viper remote starter, programming info

My older (approx 4yr) old viper remote starter just quit this fall. It has power going to it but no leds light up and no response to transmitter. I wanted to get some info on how to program it. I only use it for the remote start function it is on a 92 s10 chev 4.2 v6 auto. Thanks for any help.
