Car Alarms: nissan xterra alarm, nissan xterra, alarmtek

Question
I tried to jump my barrery and my alarm started going off...I don't have the keypad because I never use the alarm.  The last time it did this all I had to do was shut all the doors and unlock it with the key.  This dn't work this time.  The horn sounds, th elights flash and the security light in the dash is blinking.  Please help...I ca't start my car to chargethe battery and my car is stuck at my work.  Thanks

I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an aftermarket system you are
dealing with.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
(doubtfull since none of the notes show this
car as having a factory alarm system)
Or,
is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
going off?

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action
to take, to help you to fix this
situation you're in quickly.
