Car Alarms: Toyota KARR Alarm, karr alarm, representitive

I broke my KARR remote controller for my 97 4runner alarm and i want to replace it. Is it possible to get a programmable one and do it myself, dealership wants over 200 dollars for the remote and reprogramming?
