Car Alarms: Unable to shut off alarm mode - ignition kill prevents start, acura integra gs, valet service

Question
After work today, I got into my car and found my car wouldn't start.  When I turn the key, it makes a couple of clicking sounds.  The headlight shine brightly, so I don't think it's the battery.  If I try to disarm with the key in the ignition, it beeps and whoops like crazy.

When I tried to lock and unlock the doors with the remote, the door would lock (one beep for feedback) but pressed again, would not flip the locks though it did give the unlock sound (2 beeps) for feedback.  I tried manually locking and unlocking the doors, but this didn't do anything. The car is a 1995 Acura Integra GS-R, and an Auto-Mate 2 button alarm (installed at dealership when I bought it).

I really don't want to tow my car to a gas station because most of the people I've spoken to do not know how to fix this.

Answer
Gotcha, let's put it into valet/service mode,
and try to reset the alarm to default mode.

Look under the dash area for a button or, a toggle
switch. When you locate it, turn on the ignition
key, press and hold in the button (little
spring loaded micro button, red or black possibly)
until the alarm chirps 1 time. This should over ride
the system, and only the keyless entry part,
if installed, would still be operating.
The LED (light emiting diode) light in the dash
should also go on solid.

At this point. the alarm would have reset.
If this had a starter kill relay installed,
it would now be opened, and the engine would
turn over when tried.

You would repeat these steps to go back to
user mode to see if this was corrected.

Let me know if it works for yours.
