Car Alarms: Caught in the Maze of Modes, valet mode, mazda 3

Hi ALARMTEK,

I recently had an after market alarm installed.  But I was never shown how to operate the alarm, just handed some remotes and a manual.  And I have been basically using it (arm, un-arm) for a few days.

This morning, I disarmed the system/Unlock doors and the alarm went off.  I pressed the unlock button again but this time it didn't turn the alarm off.  I tried a series of other button pushes reflectively and finally the alarm went off.

Now, I can't go in the car cuz the alarm doesn't disarm by simply pressing unlock on the alarm remote.  

I know it was me freaking out and pressing the wrong series of buttons that prob set it into a mode (valet, etc) and that I am prob stuck in that mode until I return it to the default mode.

I know nothing about alarms and contemplating what to do.  When the alarm sounds, it is def the after market that is sounding.  The LED varies from being solid to flashing.  When I try taking it out of Valet mode (in case it was IN Valet mode) it triggers the alarm again.

The car is a mazda 3 and the alarm is an Autostart 6320FM.  I hope you can help me, otherwise, I will get the car towed and hopefully get the alarm installers to reset it.
