QUESTION: IT WILL RUN FINE FOR SEVERAL DAYS THEN SUDDENLY WHEN YOU ARE DRIVING ALONG THE ENGINE DIES.
TO START IT YOU MUST TURN CAR ALARM ON THEN OFF.
ENGINE WILL NOT RE-START UNLESS YOU TURN ALARM ON THEN OFF.

Answer
That sounds morel like a battery issue, as
alarms, black widow included, can't do starter
kill while driving. Have the charging system and cables
inspected by a mechanic.

Also put it into and out valet/over overide to
see if reseting it manually will correct it,
but I am leaning towards a batter/alternator
problem here.

Good luck.
