hi I have a problem with my alarm system it seems like the alarm doesn't responds to the remote... please answer me to my mail and if you can sand me the plans to it. it will be grate

and see if they can help you identify what you have
there. The tech's in there may be able to help.

You also may need to reprogram or replace the remote,
but let the technicians there chime in and help you determine that.
