Car Alarms: Viper 550 ESP, viper 550 esp, viper alarm

Question
I have had the viper 550 esp on my car for 5 years now without issue.  However, today when I went to crank it up using the remote start it didn't start, I also couldn't unlock the doors with either remote control.  The alarm worked 2 days ago without issue.  I tried pulling the battery post for about an hour hoping something would reset. Still nothing.  What else can I do? I am trying to also find a Viper Alarm Dealer in the El Paso, TX area.
