Car Alarms: excalibur alarm programing, fcc id, car alarms

Hello I am stuck with a Excalibur alarm there is no model# on it that I can find. what can I do? it has a 4 button remote with lock unlock option and panic. The back has a FCC# that I can't find reference too.  FCC id:L2mal441t ATV omega R&d Inc. The info I am looking for is my siren output somehow changed to horn from siren. Any ideas?
