Car Alarms: Premier Car Alarm, dodge grand caravan, grand caravan

My mother bought a 1992 dodge grand caravan with an aftermarket "Premier" car alarm/auto lock kit on it. the remote broke, and noone I know distributes them.  I can't find the company online, can't find a distributor locally, nothing....any advice or leads you have would be great.

At this point, replacement is advised on the system
as it would be very difficult to get them,
program to your system without the procedure,
and infinately easier to update to a new alarm
with fresh remotes. Cheaper too
by far.

But if on the hunt,

for this information. Might get lucky.
