Car Alarms: help!!! car alarm haulted engine, wont start, system model name, mail

Last night I drove my car, parked it, locked it and everything was fine.  This morning I went to use my car and remote key didn't seem to work.  So, I manually entered car setting off alarm and could not get alarm to go off.  So I went to go get the new key that I just got in mail and somewhat successfully programmed to see if that one would work.  That remote did not disable alarm, either.  Now I cannot start my engine because neither remote seems to disable alarm... what do I do??!!

I need the make model & year of the car,
and the alarm system model & name if you know it.

Also, is it a siren and flashing parking lights
when the alarm "goes off"?
or,
Is it the headlights, and the car's own horn
honking?

This info helps me determine what alarm system
(OEM or after market) that you are dealing with.
