Car Alarms: K9 Omega Alarm, dodge ram 1500, keyless entry system

My Alarm keep going of all the time by itself, it start to happeng after I bought a new keyles entry, I took to the place were they program the alarm three times and still doin the same, they told me that after few years that alarm normally does that, that I need to chang my alarm, because the main computer is damage, please I think this is bu.. how can I fix this problem( I have a Dodge ram 1500 98) and now the alarm is killing my battery over night, so I got ot disconnect every time I stop the car.

Ok, I think I get it. But here's my trouble...
The K-9 alarm should also be the keyless entry, no?
I mean, 1 box. Not an alarm, and then another box for a
seperate keyless entry system.

That seems odd.

Can you explain more on what that's about please?

The battery issue may be related, but I need
more input.
