Car Alarms: turn off car alarm, acura dealership, alarmtek

Question
my 2000 integra car alarm works only intermittently.  I want to turn it off completely but I don't have the codes.
Sometimes I cannot start the car because the alarm has been set and I cant turn it off.

Answer
You need the factory remote to turn off this alarm.
If it's not available or, it is malfunctioning,
you'll need to go to the local Acura dealership
for a new one, repair or reprograming, or inspection
as to what's wrong with it.

It's not a simple wire that can be grounded on this one
I am afraid. Sorry.
