Car Alarms: 460 HP Python alarm not working, alarmtek, button works

Question
I got my oil changed a couple days ago.  When I got my car back, the alarm stopped working.  Keyless entry still works and the panic button works but the alarm will not engage and it doesn't beep when I lock/unlock my doors.  I cant imagine what they did just by changing the oil but all my electronics were reset.  I have a 460 HP Python alarm.  Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it?
