Car Alarms: My alarm kills on me for no reason, charging system, car alarm

Question
When I start my car its okay, but when I drive for about 20 to 30 minutes my car kills on me and everything shuts down. When I try to restart the car it won't let me.  Do you know what could be the possible reason why it is doing this?  My alarm system is a K9 Mundial 2.  Thank you for the help.

Sorry, a car alarm from Omega can't stop
a car in mid drive. I think you may have other
issues rather then the Mundial. If you want
to contact the manufacturer, go to www.caralarm.com
and get some support.

I'd also have the charging system in the car look at.
May be having power problems.
