Car Alarms: 2002 Impala LS, impala ls, passkey

I have been debating weather it is worth putting a after market alarm and remote start in my 2002 Impala LS. I have both Onstar and the rear amp. My question is what i would have to do/ get, install, to use an after market alarm and mostly the remote start. is there a pass lock bypass module or can i bypass some wires? Thanks in advance.

Hmmm, lot's of choices, and yes you are correct,
you need the passkey ll self learning bypass module
for the remote start part of your system.
