Car Alarms: 2003 impala ls, impala ls, living in italy

Question
I had my ignition cylinder switched out and somewhere in the process my security alarm is now flahing and my car will not start. I have hooked it up to the tek 2 but it is saying there is nothing wrong. We also have done the ten minute wait three times and still nothing. Any one have any ideas. I am living in italy and they are telling me they cannot do anything. the sad thing is it only has 37,000 miles on. Please Help.. Thanks

If they have done all of this, I will defer to them
as to what's what. I have'nt seen it or diagnosed it
so, no I can't truely suggest anything other then
GM trying to fix the passlock troubles.

Sorry. Hard to fight all those
opinions.
