Car Alarms: I need information please!, viper alarm system, alarmtek

Hi! I have had a viper alarm system FCC ID: EZSDEI474V in my car for 4 years, and now the noise of the alarm is not the same and also the  doors sometimes open and sometimes doesn't. My question is if there is a way to adjust the volume of the noise and what is happening to the doors.
