Car Alarms: RS 650 Autopage remote starter and alarm, honda accord ex, door locks

Hi, I just bought a 1995 Honda accord ex it came with RS 650 Autopage remote start and alarm installed, and with one XT-60 Autopage fob the previous owner had two fuses close to the brain of the starter pulled out, when I install one fuse nothing happens but when I install the second fuse the alarm sounds right away, also I noticed under the dash two small diameter (black and white) wires just dangling there also when I use door locks button on the driver's side door the lock rod goes down and pops back up but all other door remain locked, I can lock the driver's door from outside with the key. I would like to have the remote starter working if I can because it comes in handy here in northern Canada? I did not get any manuals with the car. Thanks for any help.

I'd contact a local installer to inspect it.
I would have no way of knowing from here
if it can be re instated.
