Car Alarms: Excalibur alarm in 99 Dodge Ram, excalibur system, dodge ram

My remote won't arm or disarm the alarm. When I turn the key in the ignition to start it, the alarm goes off. I have previously been able to turn it off by pressing the button on the remote, but now it won't even do that. We've tried resetting the system, but the remotes won't reprogram.  Maybe we're not doing it right. Do you know the reset proceedure for the Excalibur system? The remotes have three buttons, a large center buton that sets the alarm, and two smaller buttons on either side that don't do anything.

The alarms from OMEGA all have different reset codes.
I suggest you go to www.caralarm.com and see if
you can get some help directly from Omega/Excalibur.
I don't know or provide programming info here, as it
said on the site, but check the folks out at OMEGA.
They should be able to help.
