Car Alarms: headlights flashing, mitsubishi galant, galant

Hi,
I recently removed an aftermarket alarm system that was in the used mitsubishi galant that i purchased. The alarm had no contollers and was going off constantly and didnt appear to be professionally installed. After removing the alarm and all of its components the headlights still flash when the door is open. Iam unsure what is causing this to still occur. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You now have to deactivate the factory alarm.
To get the proper wire color and wiring chart for the
car to disarm the factory system etc...,
go to www.mywires.com. get the chart for the car,
and follow the suggested method to do so.
