Car Alarms: falcon car alram, falcon system, falcon car

hi my dad has a 07 Toyota yaris, about a month ago he got a falcon alarm installed in it. it was working well until yesterday. We went out to dinner and we armed the car, when we came back we tried to unarm it but it wouldn't work. So i tried everything i could but it still wouldn't work so i unlocked the car and got inside and tried to override it by Turning the ignition on and off like 5 or 6 times. The car still didn't turned on, So i unplugged the battery and plugged it back in and the car started, but now the alarm wont work. Do you think you can help me? please!!!!

I'd get it over to the installer
for inspection and repai. I don't know
the Falcon system, but if malfunctionig
only 1 month after installation, then the
work done seems to be the problem.

Best advice is to have them look over they're work,
repair the installation, and then go over all of
the alarms features with your dad
as in what to expect, and how to overide the system
if it becomes necessary again.
