Car Alarms: Alarm Wont Stop, alarmtek, acura legend

I have a problem w/my 1995 Acura Legend because I can't get the factory alarm to stop.  The only solution at this point has been to pull the battery cables.  The alarm is straight from the factory with the 1995 model having no keyless remote.  The dealerships have a hard to analyizing the situation when speaking to them on the phone.  Their solutions to get the alarm to stop havea not worked and not that it is anybodys fault.  Just a weird situation.  I look forward to your repsonse, thank you!!

Please tell me what you are experiencing.

I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an aftermarket system you are
dealing with.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
Or,
Is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
"going off"?

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action.
